Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
