Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Pine Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
