Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in Charleston serving students and families. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
