Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Basin Health provides primary and specialty care in Charleston, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
