Instructor - onboarding programmes (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Fern Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
