Instructor - onboarding programmes (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Nova Cobalt Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 874 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
