Instructor - onboarding programmes (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Staffing Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
