Instructor - onboarding programmes (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records.
