Instructor - onboarding programmes (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Buffalo, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 951 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records.
