Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boston, MA)

Bright Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Boston, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
