Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
