Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Boston. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
