Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
