Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Sparrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Boston, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
