Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Willow Medical is a Boston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Boston. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
