Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Boston with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
