Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boston, MA)

Lumen Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
