Instructor - onboarding programmes (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Beacon Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
