Lumen Stone Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
