Instructor - onboarding programmes (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone River Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Birmingham region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
