Instructor - onboarding programmes (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Willow Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
