Instructor - onboarding programmes (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Harbor Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 934 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
