Instructor - onboarding programmes (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
