Instructor - onboarding programmes (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Ashton Inspection Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in field inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
