Instructor - onboarding programmes (Baltimore, MD)

Summit Ember Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Baltimore region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
