Instructor - onboarding programmes (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
