Instructor - onboarding programmes (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Ivory Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Atlanta, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 212 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
