Instructor - onboarding programmes (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
