Instructor - onboarding programmes (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Meridian Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Anchorage, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
