Instructor - onboarding programmes (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Anchorage, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
