Instructor - onboarding programmes (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Kestrel Staffing places workers with employers around Albuquerque, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
