Instructor - onboarding programmes (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Hollow Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
