Instructor - certification prep (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Medical is a Wichita company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
