Instructor - certification prep (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tucson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
