Instructor - certification prep (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
