Instructor - certification prep (Toledo, OH)

Summit Wren Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Toledo. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
