Instructor - certification prep (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Toledo. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
