Instructor - certification prep (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Cedar Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tampa. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
