Instructor - certification prep (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Tampa, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 345 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
