Instructor - certification prep (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around St. Louis. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 576 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
