Instructor - certification prep (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bright Medical Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 339 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
