Instructor - certification prep (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Haven Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 728 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
