Instructor - certification prep (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
