Instructor - certification prep (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
