Instructor - certification prep (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Meadow Medical is a San Diego company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
