Instructor - certification prep (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around San Diego. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
