Instructor - certification prep (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Linden Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
