Instructor - certification prep (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Clear Care Services provides in-home and community support in San Antonio. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
