Instructor - certification prep (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Loom Medical is a Salt Lake City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
