Instructor - certification prep (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
